The kitchen is becoming my laboratory. Hence the blog name, Beckster’s Laboratory. I want to use this blog mostly to focus on my adventures in the kitchen as I learn about cooking, baking, and food-related things in general. It’s something I’ve really grown to enjoy and want to explore and master. And, share it with all of you!
I’ll occassionally post about other things in life…maybe some exciting new event or a favorite restaurant. Lots to look forward to!
