Maple Teriyaki Salmon

15 Jun

This easy 5 ingredient recipe really delivers some amazing flavor. The sweet maple combined with the tangy teriyaki works together wonderfully. Combine this salmon with some vegetables or a salad, and you have a great, healthy, light dinner.

Maple Teriyaki Salmon

1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 fresh salmon filets

In a large resealable bag, combine the first four ingredients. Then carefully place the salmon in the bag to marinade for at least 3 hours. (overnight is preferred) When ready to cook, place the salmon filets on the grill or on a hot grill pan if cooking indoors. Cook for 5-10 minutes on each side until done.
